Performance Characteristics: This brake lining mould adopt high grade of 40cr alloy structual steel, then complete through precise machining after hammering. So it is structural durabilities. The upper and bottom mould are formed by processing according to machining center or accurate grinding. Hardness of heat treatment for upper mould : 26-300 

Hardness of heat treatment for bottom mould : 40-420 

Thickness of plating chrome:  0.03-0.05mm (branded hardware)

The inner-arc clearance of brake linings after hot-press forming: ＜0.15mm

Tolerance of thickness: ＜±0.5mm
